Victorian Riding Crop c1890
Dating to the High Victorian period, this crop is made of fruitwood. The handle is deeply carved bone in a free form organic shape with unexpected bends and notches. The original leather wrapped handle remains. The crop is 24 ½” long from handle to end of crop popper. Carved handle is 5” long. A handsome accessory for the equestrian; a beautiful decorative accessory for a sporting person.
