Basket in Blue Mid-20thC

A charming wicker basket that is vintage, versatile and very easy on the eye.  In original surface with soft blue paint, dry finish.   The basket is roomy for fruits, vegetables, flowers, kitchen utensils or whatever you may want to carry in it.  Fits in just about anywhere and blends well with many different decors.  Our customers that prefer modern minimalist environments use occasional pieces like this to add warmth and dimension to their surroundings.  Our friends with farm and/or country homes love how baskets of this sort add  just the right amount of color without being jarring or irritating.  The basket's condition is very good and sturdy ~ completely functional and it displays beautifully.  There are some minimal anticipated wear marks and signs of age and normal use ~ some rubbed paint and a break here and there around the rim, having nothing to do with the function of the basket.
